DISASSEMBLY OF THE CASE
We begin the watch service by detaching the strap or bracelet from the watch and beginning the disassembly of the case.

CLEANING OF THE MOVEMENT
Step three involves taking the movement apart and thoroughly cleaning each individual component ultrasonically.

REPLACING OF WORN COMPONENTS
We then examine each of the components. Any worn components will be replaced with genuine parts supplied by the brand manufacturer.

REASSEMBLY AND LUBRICATION OF THE MOVEMENT
Once all components have been cleaned and replaced if needed we start the intricate process of reassembling the watch.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE MOVEMENT AND CONTROL OF ITS PARAMETERS
The rate of the movement is checked to ensure the watch is functioning to the highest standard.

CLEANING AND REFURBISHMENT OF THE CASE AND BRACELET
During step 7 we carefully refurbish the case and bracelet to its original finish.

REASSEMBLY OF THE CASE AND RENEWAL OF THE WATER RESISTANCE
We finally begin the reassembly of the case all gaskets ensuring the water resistance are replaced.

COMPLETE QUALITY CONTROL
Finally, the watch is tested for accuracy and aesthetics.

FULLY SERVICED WATCH RETURNED TO OWNER
Once the service is complete we will contact to let you know either your watch is ready to be collected, or if it was sent via our postal service, we will return the watch free of charge.
