Please note we do not accept watches without prior communication. To ensure we are able to service your watch we recommend filling out the request a quote form. Once we have assessed your watch from the information and images provided, we will give a base quote.
SEND A WATCH
THE STEPS TO SEND US YOUR WATCH
STEP 1
Fill out the below form with your details.
STEP 2
We will send a secure box and pre-paid, tracked package to the address provided which you take to the Post Office and send back. This covered by extended third party insurance for packages up to a value of £10,000. Anything above £10,000 will be arranged separately.
STEP 3
We will assess your watch and the time and parts needed for the service and send you a fully comprehensive quote. Once the quote has been accepted the amount will not change. If for any reason you do not wish to proceed with the service, or we feel we cannot service your watch, we will return it to you free of charge.
STEP 4
We will begin servicing your watch using genuine parts supplied by manufactures. All work is undertaken in our fully insured workshop and comes with a 24-month guarantee.
STEP 5
Once your watch has been serviced, we will send it back free of charge, first-class and tracked.
